The venue is original and little, its location is amazing, near Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, g right next to Piazza Navoni and all the attractions.
The bathrooms are tiny.

The room was clean, the bathroom was private. Decent location.
It was listed as b&b, however our breakfast was served in our bedroom on a small, cramped table. It was dark in the room. The crouissants didn't appear fresh. They were cold and flat. We spent $178 for a "triple"room, because that was all that remained when we made the reservations. My parents were in the room next to our (in a "double" room) that was larger than ours. It has the exact furniture that we did (a double bed, and a sofa). They paid 30-40 Euro less, so i'm not quite sure why our room was considered a "triple", and why it cost more..? When I asked the attendant about it, he couldn't answer my question either?.. The common foyer was cramped and dark. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is good near many important sites.
We were kept waiting 3 hours for a staff person to show up: Another guest let us in the premises. Eventually, we let ourselves in the room and moved our belongings there. Staff person showed up and said that Booking .com was supposed to give us a code to allow us to enter the B and B and process our choice of room ourselves. Somehow, I don't belive that to be true. Later staff, Donato, was good host. Not sure that it is worth the chance of booking again at this place- not consistent enough service to stay again.

Rooftop breakfast with amazing view, but I had to walk to another building. Cozy and romantic atmosphere in a 17th-century townhouse. Friendly staff and convenient location.
Mouldy bathroom, dirty spots in the room. Pricey for what you get.

Charming interior - 4-5 m to the old, wooden ceiling, enormous painting over the bed. Very nice modern bathroom - and very good coffee. Many charming places to eat in the area.
Almost no daylight through the window. Breakfast served in the room, as there are no exterior facilities.

Very cosy small hotel, atmosphere is beautiful. Wifi was extremly useful.
We stayed in quadriple room, it was a little bit small for us and two kids. Only one chair in th room. It was not easy to check in and check out. First noone answered contact telephone, and later credit card mashine did not work. But stuff was wery helpful.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem tucked away in a charming alley. No typical hotel experience here, we had our own key and reminded me of owners of a historic hotel. Our room was a dream - spacious, with a high wooden ceiling and antique furniture. The bathroom was big and cleaned daily. And the location! Just minutes away from major attractions and surrounded by a magical atmosphere of narrow streets and shady alleys. I highly recommend this quirky and unique accommodation for an lovely stay in the heart of Rome.
